Path to fastest evolution of mankind

I recently saw this Video on my FB profile posted by one of my friends' friend. I could not stop myself to get thrilled by imagining about the future.

That's what we all like naturally . We like and love to Dream and think about future. It doesn't cost us a single penny(any currency of world) but what we dream is just priceless!

The kind of facts shown in the video is amazing. The pace with which everything around us is changing and will keep changing in time to come might just frighten someone with weak heart.

Imagine college kid flying to schools (not in their neighbourhood but to a far place) across states something like Mumbai to Delhi in half an Hour or so Or Executives going to office every morning not in their cars but in one of the most safe, reliable,jet-fuel powered wings which will come with features like most efficient, speedier, advanced direction control etc..and will be sold by many international companies.

In evening kids will go to Disneyland with their friends to play and Executives going to Eiffel tower for romantic evening.I don't know romance will have the same meaning. School Assignments will be not to make some bird's painting but to record the temperature changes on Pluto's second moon Hydra!!Global warming will be the thing of past and scientists will be worried about to find life in black holes.

There will be gadgets all over ones body and around everywhere. We will be more medically fit not because we exercise regularly and eat balanced diet with rich proteins but because advanced nano medicine and nano electrical and electronic chips inside the body are working in tandem with our mapped genome and other biological data stored on Cloud Servers via Internet. Poor people(Today they have Bicycles) will mean who are having just petrol/Diesel cars .FIFA 2050 and T-20 World cricket will be played on Moon. What else Gosh!! Everything will be Just beyond Imagination!!

Yes It will definitely look boring to us that how will we look like and live but we are on path to become human robots.

Inflation promotes Growth

Inflation is necessary for growth!! No economist or for that matter a finance expert will agree to it .Traditional view is that Inflation decreases the value of money which is true and causes the Interest rates to go up which is also true but because of higher interest rates growth needs to be slowed down or it stops completely need not be true.

In inflationary economy, Liquidity is so high that supply doesn't match up with demand but it will be interesting to ask if there is really a found increase in demand? Technically it should happen but theoretically what if in spite of increased liquidity there is no demand coming up!!So if there is no increase in demand Inflation should not be a concern.Higher interest rates makes it difficult to access money easily especially for Industries which then speed down, halt or postpone their Investment and expansion plan and which in turn causes job loss or slowed employment and thus becomes real hindrance for growth!

In spite of liquidly we can not grow which is such a irony!!

I fear all industrialists and governments don't want people to grow for their own personal causes. Industrialists wants to sell same outdated technologies and products to everyone otherwise they will be wiped out if they go for overnight changes with reduced profits. Politicians will lose their importance and influence in society if there are no poor people . If all this liquidity gets evenly distributed then there will not be any concern for rising inflation and Interest rates. But it never happens and Liquidity is always concentrated in few pockets.

Therefore role of Entrepreneurship is vital for real growth that despite unfavourable conditions in market to experiment, launch or grow they keep striving to bring innovation on table and create new technology for people. They research, invest and win over the existing wrong practices of Industrialists and politicians nexus.

Liquidity is the real champion to bring growth because this is the time when many gets inspired to bring the change against all odds.

A balanced paradox

There are 4 types of people which we normally come across.

a) One who is completely ignorant about the current and future situation (Possibly because of their past, lack of education and basic needs etc..the ones whom our society proudly call BPL).

b) One who is not ignorant but doesn't want to do anything about it because he is considered most practical in present society and therefore do not want to dirty his hands ,legs and other parts of body (possibly brains!!).

c) One who is not ignorant and want to change it desperately but fails every time because he could not garner support of others and lacks right resources because he feels it that way i.e. (support & resources) are required to bring the change.

d) One who is completely aware and can gauge the future situation precisely, one who doesn't believe in waiting for right time and for people to join him but initiates actions and keeps working till the change is achieved.

It is not the question of who is most aware or practical, who is more capable or disabled but the importance of change required which is just so crucial for everyone for better future. That's it!

Nothing is Pure sales and Pure Marketing Business

World of business was always like that and in recent times it is just getting traditional and acceptable that there can not be a only pure sales or pure marketing function for continuous business activity.

In so called business competitive strategies there are various theories to increase the efficiency of sales and marketing function separately.

But with the advent of ICT and growing Media channels ,sales and marketing function are complementing each other very well for efficiency purpose.

Take for example profit is function of many variables and two of them are sales and marketing.More efficient an either of the function more it contributes to profit pie and more inclined the organisation towards that specific function.

As observed FMCG companies are more inclined for marketing all the time and marketing plays a crucial part for their profits in comparison to some Insurance company for which sales are crucial and more focus is paid for sales efficiency.

Ultimately smart business strategy requires that efficiency should be higher for both the function and do whatever possible.

Combining present day social media with a sensible CRM will act as sales platform for the company when in fact both are in principle considered to be marketing activities. Similarly a pure sales meeting can be innovated to leave a lasting impression on the prospect's mind and for future word-of-mouth publicity which is essential part of every marketing campaign.

Thus in the end sales and marketing end up complementing each other for their individual lack of efficiency for a share in profit pie.

And then technically it becomes that sales and marketing both overlap to profit completely and it seems that sales and marketing function of a company is well integrated and company is purely a sales and/or marketing dependent and other functions like HR, operations and finance
doesn't affect or alter profit pie.

So just look for that extra possibility to complement and it 's profit everywhere!

Pakpak..(पकपक)

I tried to find the meaning of that word but there is no such word in Hindi Dictionary!!Anyways we use that word so often.

My definition of "pakpak" is when someone SAYS something which he knows in-&-out(Category -1) and when someone TALKS on something without knowing anything about it(Category-2).In another Words "Pakpak" means WASTE!! and such people are called "PAKAU"( a slang).I also belong to one of these categories by default (catg-1 or catg-2)!!

With those words of pakpak wisdom i assure u that I am not alone.I ll give you the list of people who belong to these categories and you can compare yourself.

To begin with, we have legends and GODS with all due respect to every religion on List of first category and it includes names like Krishna i mean Lord Krishna(For His Gita Gyaan),Lord Christ(for his Bible Gyaan),Lord Mohammed(for his Kuran Gyaan),Lord Buddha(for his Enlightenment Gyaan),Bapu Ghandhi(for his Satyagraha Gyaan :) ,Gentleman Swami Vivekananda (for his karma gyaan very contrasting to Geeta Itself if you have read both!!)and then not to miss a mention of current day "babas" preaching on everything from Sex(Osho) to Art of Living(SSRS) to Yoga(Ramdeo)..and this list is endless as far as you can stretch your imagination.

They are in that category because of us !!! YES. Because we don't take take them seriously at so many occasions ? How many of us have actually read them and understood it (I mean all those great books and philosophy of different legends and gods?..Majority of Population believe their teachings can not be applied in today's world..so Indirectly they end up being "PAKAU".They are just books and things to pass from generations to generations.

Second category of People can be found everywhere. Topping the List is current day News Channels. They have their own world of fantasy in which they live and spread the "cooked gyaan" which is not theirs but they deliver with full confidence under the banner of breaking news on their channel. They can say anything and everything on whatsoever they wish to!

Next on list of second category(catg-2) of Pakau people are Politicians. The most so infamous but influential and nothing less dangerous than Mafia.Politicians which every now and then share their "PakPak" to people .They make us believe that everything is possible in this world which is so good to hear and keep us positive. But the trick is in that one little word which is "Possible". Therefore i understood why Hope is so precious for Human Existence.Hope is one of the two most precious thing in this world.

Why do we need politicians in this world ? How on earth these species came? it is Just so hard to understand.

Then that's NOT where we end our list as we go on awarding that Title to people from our own backyard (our Dad,Mom,Bro,Sis,Friends,Teachers,Boss,Colleagues, strangers and many others who are part of our lives directly or indirectly).Sometimes we care and listen to their Gyaan and value it but at other times we just ignore it ,avoid it,run away from it,mock it,etc etc.. ..it is then at that point of time we Indirectly call them PAKAU straight in their face.It means it is we who call someone PAKAU and their sayings as Pakpak.Somehow We don't believe in or have Trust in their words of Wisdom.

We as humans TRUST some or all of those two type of "pakpak" at some or all the point of time based on our needs. That's such a "pakau" nature of human beings.Humans are opportunistic by nature and therefore Trust is the second and last most precious thing in this world.

With that I finish my "Pakpak" writing and Don't wish you that you keep meeting more such people in your Life:)

A Troika

Mathematical Definitions

0---->>zero(shunya):
Nothingness,emptiness,
complete silence,Blankness,
calmness,satisfaction??

Infinity---->>
Neverending, chaos,no end to what is started, eternal,
just keep doing what u r doing with no end whatsoever, dedication ,
keep going till u ..

1 divide by 0 ---->>(1/0= undefined)
unexplored,unimaginable,
a state of ambiguity and confusion..

If there is some correlation OR comparison to these numbers with our own status then the most dreadful number should be Zero and number which we most suffer from and closely related with should be INFINITY..

1/0 makes it easier as its unknown it doesn't raise any doubts & fears in mind.Just take it as it comes and handle like underdogs and who knows if we solve that puzzle!

The point is that we are living in world formed by that Troika!

What is good better best ?

When i try to find standard deviations of population for people who think success comes after one takes risk then it ignores the samples of people who don't think that way.

Probably it was not a Random sampling :)

Take for example: Lance Armstrong who knew he had cancer and it will be very miraculous if he survives so where is the question of Risk when he took the decision to participate in the race? He actually succeeded by not only winning Tour De France for 7 times but he succeeded over the feeling of risk taking mentality.

And if that's so simple to be successful (one should take risks to succeed)then i think people will be making suicidal attempts for sure in pursuit of success by taking unimaginable risks like jumping from Eiffel tower :)

I mean they will not suicide but their attempt for success will definitely be suicidal.

Millions beloved MJ died ,not because he took risk to perform for some 50 shows at a stretch considering he's physical weakness but i think he must have died because of fear to fail.

How many times we have been told that its all their in mind to succeed or lose and risk taking attitude is not physical but a mental attitude.

But it's easier said than done.

I guess one should not give a damn ear to people who say you are taking risk because they are the people who belong to that 95 percent confidence interval of normal distribution of population who look normal to our society because every morning they go to job ,take lunch, drink free coffee, fill office toilets, pick office stationery and come back home with lot of pollution contribution on way back and then go to nearby multiplexes and shop till the shop closes and drive back home in their Mercs!! what a fuctastic life I mean fantastic for such normal people.

The dialogue in the "pursuit of happiness" where dad says to his son that never listen to anyone who says you can not do it,not even to dad himself.

It's rather serious initiative to belong to that 2.5% on the either side of normal distribution and try out things knowing that people are laughing at you and questioning your existence.

Risk taking is bullshit!! It's a self developed human phenomenon to defend ourselves by not trying out things which we always dreamed that we ll do once we grow up.

Either we'll belong to lower 2.5% on left side of Normal distribution where Mr. MJ failed to achieve success OR we can belong to upper 2.5% on right side of Normal distribution where Mr Armstrong defied failure( actually he defied death literally which is so real and inescapable).

But the point is that it is worth trying to not belong in that so called NORMAL category of mid 95% of normal distribution even if people call you MAD,SENTI,ARROGANT,PSYCHIC etc etc..

We have to decide to do things which will make us outliers in that Normal Distribution.

Long Live MJ!!
